What We Don't Accept
To maintain our high quality standards and protect our machines, we are unable to process the following items:
- Heavily soiled industrial carpets
- Pet bedding with excessive hair
- Leather or fur garments
- Items with sharp metal attachments
- Hazardous bio-waste garments
A Note on Delicates
"While we handle delicates, items like silk or high-end couture must be declared during pickup for specialized dry cleaning."
