Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Sparkle Hub website and platform, operated as a marketplace connecting independent laundry service providers and clothing/boutique sellers ("Vendors") with members of the public ("Users" or "Customers"). By creating an account, browsing, or otherwise using Sparkle Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of the Platform
Sparkle Hub is an online marketplace providing the technology that allows independent Vendors to list laundry services and/or clothing items, and allows Customers to browse, order, and pay. Sparkle Hub is not a laundromat, dry cleaner, tailor, or clothing retailer — we do not wash, clean, alter, manufacture, or sell goods ourselves. All services/items are provided directly by independent third-party Vendors. Sparkle Hub acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to the underlying contract formed between a Customer and a Vendor.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 (or legal majority age) to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, complete information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for false information, violations, or fraud.
3. Vendor Terms
3.1 Vendor Onboarding
Vendors must complete onboarding, which may include identity verification, business registration checks, and payout details. We may decline or revoke Vendor access at our discretion.
3.2 Vendor Responsibilities
- Accurately describe services, products, pricing, turnaround times, and availability.
- Fulfil accepted orders in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain all required licences, permits, and insurance.
- Handle items entrusted by Customers with reasonable care.
- Comply with consumer protection, health, safety, and tax laws.
- Not use Customer data beyond fulfilling the order, without separate consent.
3.3 Vendor Independence
Vendors are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or partners of Sparkle Hub, and are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and fulfilment of what they offer.
4. Customer Terms
- Provide accurate order, delivery, and payment information.
- Review Vendor listings, pricing, and terms before ordering.
- Make items available for pickup/drop-off as arranged with the Vendor.
- Pay all charges associated with orders, including applicable fees.
- Fraudulent orders, abuse toward Vendors, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in suspension.
5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- Prices are set by individual Vendors; Sparkle Hub doesn't control Vendor pricing beyond its own service fees.
- Sparkle Hub collects payment from the Customer at checkout and disburses proceeds to the Vendor, less Platform commission/fees, per our standard payout schedule.
- Any service or commission fee will be disclosed before checkout.
- Vendor payouts may be withheld pending dispute resolution, fraud checks, or chargebacks.
- Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
